A brief story about coffee 

How was it discovered?

It was discovered bya goat herder named Kaldiwho is a popular Ethiopian legend,he discovered one day that his goat was so energetic after eating the red fruit of the coffee plant, so he decided to try it as well and got the same reaction as the goat. 

Who is Kaldi ?

His real name is Khalid, as I mentioned he is a a popular Ethiopian legend that had a goat who discovered the coffee shrub or plant around 850 AD, at first it entered the Islamic world then the rest of the world.

Types of coffee:

There are three different types of coffee beans varieties such as 

• Coffee arabica.
• Coffee robusta (caffea canephora)
• and the blended types.

A third place

People crave for a ‘third place’, a place where they can spend time after being stressed from work or bored from spending time at home. 

Parks, salons, malls, friends or family gatherings and gyms are just a few examples of the third places. Yet coffee shops seem to be the perfect meaning of a third place due to the atmosphere that the place provides.

 Going to different coffee shops with the people I love is something necessary to me it’s more like a routine, something that makes my soul happy.  If my friends want to meet with me to catch up the first place that will come to mind is going to a coffee. I could spend hours and hours laughing and chatting even drinking my second or third cup without even noticing that I had all these three cups.
